Michael Bay loves to blow stuff way to heck up. Check this out and tell me you wish summer wasn’t right… now.
I’ll be honest, I’m a wuss. I quiver at the weakest of horror movies. I mean I almost got spooked in Ghost Town. I run to another room anytime the new Poltergeist DirecTV ads pop up, and I love Craig T. Nelson. Anyways, this new flick, set to open in January, is based on Kim Jee-Woon’s 2003 Korean horror film, Changhwa Hongryon, which I’m pretty sure translates to “I just crapped my pants watching this trailer.” Watch it. I mean it’s got Elizabeth Banks in it, which is reason enough to see it.
“In a world where..” has become the lexicon of movie previews for many years; and it has been this man who made us want to spend the money to go see these movies. Sadly, his voice was silenced over the weekend at the young age of 68. Don’s credits include “The Terminator” , “Fatal Attraction”, “Castaway”, and the cult classic “Dr. Strangelove”. Not since Mel Blanc did the death of a person with such talent in his pipes move me. Over the years, Don parlayed his talent to even mock himself; more recently in a commercial for Geico and on “Frank TV”. He even parodied himself in a documentary short subject. Whereever you are, Don, I hope you’re giving the cast and scenery in the next life their props.
Ugly Betty continued filming in the Battery Park section of Lower Manhattan yesterday. America Ferrera left her trailer and headed to the set where there was some judicial vixens on the steps of the building used as a courthouse. The filming was highlighted with America having some bras thrown on her head. On a related note, I love that movie Weird Science especially that scene where those guys put bras on their head. I once did that as a kid. I looked ridiculous.
What do you think?
Shia Labeouf can do no wrong. Seriously, a bowel movement from this guy could be turned into box office gold. Gold, I tell you!
We snagged the exclusive first trailer of Shia LeBouf’s next flick. Ch-check it out!
