As the new season kicks off today for the New York Knicks, we revisit my recent interview with team president Donnie Walsh and head coach Mike D’Antoni. Here’s hoping for a better season this year… wouldn’t take much compared to last year!
Let’s give it up for some soccer ‘staches
By Tony Veras
Instead of “Bending it like Beckham” maybe you might want to “Trim it Like Jorge!” The beautiful and underrated game of soccer has featured quite a few berts – some of which are the greatest man has ever seen. In response to Jon Chattman’s various top stache lists (funny how the InterWeb is spewing a different mustached list a day…Now), I give you the top ten best soccer berts of all time.
What about in music?
You ever go with the ‘stache
I’ve worn the ‘stache before. I’m from Nashville, Tennessee and me and a buddy always do Mustache March Madness so when’s the tournament’s going on we rock the ‘stache, and had you asked me who had the best mustache in sports I’d tell you Jason Giambi right now.
Yea he’s out of his mind. I was at the game last night and he won me some money with a couple home runs. The stache is definitely powering him.
Yea he’s rockin’ a good one
It’s a facial steroid.
