This video was played all the time when MTV first launched. Now? Not so much. Enjoy it. “Cry” will actually make you happy. You’re welcome, world.
Priscilla Renea, a pop-music singer/songwriter, has been promoting her music on YouTube for over a year, and millions have followed her. Now she’s got an EP (“Hello My Apple”), and I’ll be damned if she won’t be the next biggest thing. I’d put money on it if I had money. Check out her song for “Cry” here.
I never understood the expression of not crying over spilt milk. Like are we sobbing because milk spoiled smells like someone shit in a can? I don’t know. Anyway Matt Duke’s new single “Spilt Milk” is the opposite – it’s a reason to smile. It’s guitar-driven pretty crafty little thing off his new album Kingdom Underground. Click the pic, and get the song. Click clack.
This classic 1985 video from Godly & Cream creeped me out when I was a kid. Looking back now, it still does. I do, however, appreciate the then-state of the art effects. I bet it inspired Michael Jackson’s “Black or White” video. Anyone remember that? I do, and it sucked. It had Macaulay Culkin and George Wendt and Michael Jackson breaking shit.
