Indulge yourself at renowned chef David Burke’s 616 N. Rush Street location in Chicago. The restaurant is a culinary treasure featuring hand-picked meats from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky that are all dry-aged on the premises in a Himalayan salt-tiled aging room. Everything about this restaurant is impressive – from the contemporary decor to the impeccable service from the wait staff. There’s even a wine connoisseur there to help you choose the best bottle to go with your meal.
The food is delicious and creatively prepared – take the tasty Kobe Beef Sashimi appetizer or the Caesar’s salad prepared tableside- right down to the dressing made in front of you tailored to your taste buds. The steak is exhilarating – succulent meats that go down smooth. The side dishes are large enough for two or even three if you want to save room for some amazing desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I highly recommend the cheesecake lollipops- which come attached on a small tree (looks it anyway) in three flavors artistically displayed. They’re little bites of heaven. Overall, the presentation of the food is as pleasing to the eye, as the taste is to the palate. The point of all this? Go!
