Selena Gomez spoke on behalf of UNICEF at Dylan’s Candy Bar in New York City yesterday. UNICEF held the event to encourage children to volunteer and donate for UNICEF this Halloween. The Wizards of Waverly Place star colored, chatted, and took pictures with the children at the event.
